How to catch-up with all of the action

If you’re not going to be cheering the equestrian team on from the side-lines out in Rio this year then you will be able to tune in from the comfort of your living room and re-live the action.

This page will be updated throughout the competition, so please check back for further updates on channels and any time changes. All timings are given in BST (UK timings).

Channel 4

From 06.00 : wake up to Channel 4’s breakfast programme, which recaps on the action of the previous day, as well as what to look out for later that evening

09.00 – 11.00 : Catch-up with the best of last night’s action via More 4

13.00 – 18.00 : Channel 4 brings action from the Games

18.00 – 19.00 : switch over to More 4 for more action from the Games

20.00 – 21.00 : tune in to The Last Leg, Live in Rio everyday

21.00 – 01.00 : more coverage from Rio
