Team GBR Tops FEI World Rankings

Dressage

Double gold medallists, Charlotte Dujardin and Valegro, have topped the individual dressage ranks with 2867 points, almost 100 points ahead of their nearest rival Adelinde Cornelissen and Jerich Parzival (2760). Laura Bechtolsheimer follows closely in fourth, with Carl Hester currently in eighteenth position.

Showjumping

Gold medallists Nick Skelton and Big Star proved their consistency at the Olympic Games, and Nick is now ranked second in the jumping Rolex world rankings with 2503 points. Ben Maher has also risen up the leader board and is currently positioned in nineteenth with 1850. With ten British riders appearing in the top 100 of the rankings, the current success of British showjumping is clear.

Eventing

The British eventers are closely grouped at the top of the eventing HSBC world rankings, with William Fox-Pitt leading the Brits in second position with 577 points. Mary King is on his heels in sixth position, whilst Oliver Townend is in thirteenth and Zara Phillips in sixteenth. Ten Brits appear in the top fifty of the world rankings, displaying the British prominence in the current eventing world.
