Jennie Killilea has an MSc in Sport Psychology, is a BASES Accredited Sport Psychologist and is currently working on her PhD in Sport Psychology. She is a Senior Lecturer in Sport & Exercise Psychology at Edge Hill University, Lancashire and as well as working with the Eqequestrian Development Squad, she also works with GB Rowing, St. Helens Rugby League club and with professional golfers. Jennie has also worked with the Para-Equestrian Carriage Driving Team at their World Championships.

Jenny is an ex-Pony Club member - she was an enthusiastic tetrathlete (winner of team National Championships). She had a top ten finish at the European Young Rider Eventing Championships, was 3rd at Bramham Young Riders and completed three 3* CCIs before the age of 21, as well as owning and running a livery yard in Lancashire for 15 years.
