The 2012 eventing Olympic silver medallists

 

In an Olympic Games there are three equestrian sports - dressage, eventing and showjumping. At a Paralympic Games, the one equestrian disicpline of para-equestrian dressage is competed.

At the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Britain's equestrian teams had great success, with 18 athletes winning a total 16 medals between them.

2012 Olympic Equestrian Results:

Dressage - Team Gold (Laura Bechtolsheimer, Charlotte Dujardin, Carl Hester); Individual Gold (Charlotte), Individual Bronze (Laura)

Eventing - Team Silver (Tina Cook, William Fox-Pitt, Mary King, Zara Phillips, Nicola Wilson)
