Erin began riding aged two at her local Riding for the Disabled Centre in Buckinghamshire.
She was inspired by the 2004 Paralympic Games in Athens to consider para-dressage as a possible career and in 2006 she earned her place on to the World Class Programme.
Since then, Erin has competed at a nationally and internationally and was picked as a reserve for the World Equestrian Games in 2014 and last year's Paralympic Games in Rio.
Following this, Erin moved from the Podium Potential squad to the Podium squad at the end of 2016.
This year, Erin became Grade 3 Freestyle champion at the Deauville 3* competition.
