Podium Potential Lead & Dressage Discipline Co-Ordinator

Caroline joined the World Class Team in 2003 as the then 'Development Programme' Dressage Discipline Coordinator and was appointed Dressage Equine Pathway manager in 2010. In both capacities her primary role is to run, administer and co-ordinate the dressage specific programmes and support the development of riders/horses.

In 2013 she was appointed the Lead Discipline Coordinator for Podium Potential to help support and grow the programme as a whole.

Caroline has pursued a life long involvement in equestrian sport having competed in eventing, jumping and dressage and has held the position of Show Secretary at a number of high profile events including Royal Windsor and a World Carriage Driving Championships.  She continues to co-ordinate the British Dressage National and Winter Championships.  

She was Chef d'Equipe for the Junior and Young Rider European Championship Teams from 2001 to 2005 and in 2009 was the Team Manager for GB Equestrian Team at the Australian Youth Olympic Games.
