I joined the BEF in January 2019 as the Performance Director for Team GB Equestrian. It is my role to ensure that all horses and riders that represent Great Britain at World, Olympic and Paralympic Games are provided with top-level support.
I do this with the support of the Performance Managers, many sports science and sports medicine experts, and a highly experienced operations and logistics team.
I worked for the BEF previously from 2002-2008 heading up the development of the World Class Pathway Programmes and since then have worked for the English Institute of Sport, Loughborough University and High Performance Sport New Zealand.
I am focussed and passionate about high performance, and am delighted to be orchestrating this fabulous team of staff and riders to deliver excellence.
Out of work, the majority of my time is spent with my wonderful family which includes 4 children, one grandchild, a dog, cat, horse, miniature pony and miniature donkey.
